PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they read and understand these Terms and Conditions

before conducting business with us and deciding to pay for our services.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Disclaimer (together, our “Terms of Use”),

constitute an integral part of any contract or other service arrangement made between you,

whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Client”) and AMZ Consulting Services

LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company“, “we“, “us“, or “our”), concerning

provision of our services as agreed with you in our direct communications and as described on

our website: https://www.amzconsultingservice.com ( the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site and engaging us for provision of services, you have read,

understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to our Site, these

Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use from time to time. We will alert you about any

changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you hereby waive any

right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check the applicable

Terms of Use every time you use our Site so that you understand whether we have revised. You

will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the

changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site and engagement of us for

services after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

Any persons who choose to access the Site or engage us for services do so on their own initiative

and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are

applicable.

The Site and our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the

age of 18 are not permitted to engage us for services without the consent of a parent or guardian.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is our proprietary property and all content and the trademarks, service marks, and logos

contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are

protected by copyright and trademark protections and applicable law. Any and all content and

the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except

as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no content or Marks may be

copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded,

translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial

purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds for or after provision of successful service. This means we currently do

not offer any refunds after we have successfully provided our services to you in the form of (1)

Reinstatement of your Amazon seller privileges, or (2) Ungating and Brand Approval, or (3)

Store Account Delivery and/or Account Onboarding.

We issue refunds in full for our services within 30 days of the original date of purchase

(payment) if the service is not rendered within 10 working days of the original date of purchase

(payment).

If you paid by credit or debit-card, refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 20

business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with

any questions as to when your credit will be posted to your account.

In respect of our Reinstatement Services:

We do not issue refunds for preparation of supporting documents or any case for which we have

started work. Payment by a Client is a non-refundable fee which has been used to cover the cost

of creating a Client’s “Action Plan” or “POA” (plan of action) or “statement”. Client hereby

understands and agrees to this upon purchasing this service on our Site or directly through us.

We do NOT guarantee any Reinstatement of accounts and therefore a refund will not be granted

for Amazon refusal to reinstate such account after submission of the appeal on your behalf.

After submission of the appeal, we cannot control or otherwise influence the outcome of

Amazon’s review and its decision.

Please contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving your “Action Plan” or

“POA” (plan of action) or “statement” or any of our services, or have questions and/or concerns

regarding our returns and refund policy.

In respect of our Ungating and Brand Approval Service:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If we cannot ungate your category or brand, we will

refund you as described above.

In respect of our Store Account Delivery and Onboarding Services:

We offer no refunds after we deliver accurate access information to an existing Amazon store

account. If you cannot in fact access the account due to incorrect information, contact us

immediately and we will resend or provide new account information.

If you have opted for our additional onboarding service, we offer no refunds after we have edited

the settings on the Amazon store account to include the confidential information you provide and

notify you of completion of this process. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the

information you provide for us to input.

We are not responsible for and offer no refund for your further use and access to any Amazon

account delivered and onboarded.

CUSTOMER AND USER REPRESENTATIONS

When engaging us for services and by using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

(1) you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;

(2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;

(3) any customer information you provide is true, current, accurate and complete and you are

either said customer or legally authorized to act for such customer; and

(4) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the

right to suspend or terminate your account and our business relationship.

SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of

Use; and otherwise, to manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property

and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

GOVERNING LAW

Our provision of services to you, whether by contract or other business arrangement, including

these Terms of Use as found on our Site, is governed by and construed in accordance with the

laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By adhering to these Terms of Use, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute,

controversy or claim (“Dispute”) through negotiations for at least thirty (30) days before

commencing any legal proceedings in accordance with applicable law.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND

SIGNATURES

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic

communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all

agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via

email and on, the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications in visiting. YOU

HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS,

ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES,

POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US

OR VIA THE SITE. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes,

regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original

signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of

credits by any means other than electronic means.
